Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Andrea and I’m so glad you’re here!
I graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. After a short pitstop in finance, working at Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley, I made a serendipitous shift to advertising at a successful start-up in Baltimore, Millennial Media. I was enamored with the fast-paced, yet fun culture, and the ability to wear many hats early in my career.
After Millennial Media was acquired by AOL and Verizon Media a few years later, I was recruited by another Baltimore based start-up to help grow their search advertising and retail media business. Here my love for e-Commerce advertising was born. I planted roots there for ~7 years helping clients and client services teams drive strategic growth at scale on over 13+ retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and Target and supporting the product team’s integration of new go-to-market solutions.
Being leaned into the start-up mentality, I was able to contribute to many areas of the business and throughout the entire client lifecycle. I wrote playbooks and streamlined processes; helped clients innovate new products to reclaim marketshare; recommended product bundles to improve profitability and sales; helped emerging brands succeed in saturated markets; led matrixed brands’ strategic growth on new and nascent platforms, as well as hired, managed and mentored high-performing teams. Being hands-on gave me the opportunity to see pain points and find solutions. Witnessing and measuring the impact was the best reward!
In 2024 with just over 14+ years of experience in Client Service and Operations, I bid adieu to my matrixed agency career and founded Commerce Clique. I wanted to create a frictionless experience for clients while offering tailored solutions with high-touch service and without the bottlenecks and silos of a large organization.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me enjoying quality time with my husband, two kids, and dog. We’re more than likely enjoying movie night, trying new restaurants, dreaming up our next travel adventure, and making memories with family & friends.
